- If you decide to leave the clan, readmittance is not negotiable.
- You must represent the clan on ALL games you own that have clan support.
- The clan schedule WILL be followed to avoid any dissapointment for other members who are expecting to play a particular game on a certain day.
If for some reason you cannot attend, then message a Staff Sergeant/Sergeant so we are clear as to who is attending or not.
Also if there are problems getting onto a game (like servers not connecting) then notify a Staff Sergeant/Sergeant saying so. - ANY clan to clan/organisation e-mails, matches and similar correspondance will be done by Staff Sergeants/Sergeants/Corporals ONLY. If you have an idea then submit it to Staff Sergeants/Sergeants and you will be given credit if it is used.
If you find a clan who wants to play us they MUST challenge us through www.team360uk.com. - If you wish to participate in a clan event you must post in the relevent thread YOURSELF saying that you are interested. Entries for other members by fellow members are not valid and will be deleted.
- If you have ANY problems, please come straight to a Staff Sergeant/Sergeant so that we can work on resolving the issue. DO NOT let it get to the point where you feel it's too much.
- We operate a "3 strikes and you're out" policy, failure to adhere to each rule will earn you one black mark.
These penalties will be cleared on a 3 monthly basis if you have 2 or less against you.
- Do not link to adult content or to sites that contain information on any type of software piracy.
- Do not flame each other. Use your manners and common sense. If you disagree with someone, do so gracefully.
- Do not create threads directed at single users. This is what the PM system is for. On a similar note, do not create threads to express your dislike of other users. If you believe a member is a problem for the clan, message a staff member.
- Use a spell checker to check your posts for misspellings. There's no point in creating a post if people can't understand it because of multiple spelling errors.
